WCHA Final Faceoff Youth Clinic
Here is your chance to skate with the WCHA! The WCHA Women’s League is proud to host a free youth clinic, presented by Sports Minneapolis, on Sunday, March 4 as part of the 2018 WCHA Final Faceoff championship weekend.
Open to children 12 years and under (boys and girls), kids can skate on the Gophers’ fabled Mariucci Arena ice and learn from WCHA Women’s League coaches and alumni – some of the best to ever lace up the skates.
The clinic will be divided into two (2) sessions, depending on age, and will feature several activities focusing on fundamental hockey skills such as skating, stickhandling and shooting – all taught by WCHA representatives.
Please ensure participants come dressed and ready upon arrival at Mariucci Arena, as locker room availability is limited. A waiver MUST be signed by a parent or guardian prior to ice time. Completed waivers can either be emailed prior to the clinic; or, can be delivered in person at the arena.
