Has my order shipped?

Log into your account with your username and password. Once in your account, check your order status. Once you see a FedEx tracking number, your order has been shipped. Check the status of your FedEx tracking number here.

How do I track my order?

Use your username and password to log into your account. Once in your account, click "View Orders" and find the appropriate order number. Click on the order number and you should see your FedEx tracking number (if it has been shipped). You may also print or download another copy of your invoice.

What do I do if something is missing from my order?

Please verify that your order is missing an item by checking your order invoice, confirmation email or by logging into your account. Then contact our customer service team via stadiumvillage@goldyslockerroom.com or 612-331-3009.

When will my backorder arrive?

We will ship backordered items to you as they become available. Backordered items will be separated into multiple shipments.

How do I create an account?  

You can create a new account here. Please keep in mind that you may already have an account with Gopher Sports. You can use the same account to purchase tickets, buy merchandise and make donations.

How do I edit my account information?

Login to edit your account information here.

How much does it cost to ship my merchandise order?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your shopping cart and proceed to the delivery page where you can choose from a number of shipping options. Our shipping costs are based on the total value of your merchandise order.

What if I forgot my password?

Don't worry. It happens to all of us. If your login fails, you can recover your password here. All you need is your Username and default Email Address. If you are still having problems accessing your account, please contact Gopher Sales & Service at 1-800-U-GOPHER.

How do I return a product?

What is your return policy? 

Returns (with packing slip):

Goldy’s Locker Room accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and in new condition merchandise within 30 days of receiving item(s).  Refunds must be accompanied by the original packing slip and will be made in the form of the original payment.

Returns: (without packing slip or after 30 days)

Goldy’s Locker Room will issue a merchandise credit (applicable to our online store only) or make an exchange if the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, in new condition, and is currently available on our website.

For exchanges due to sizing

Shipping charges apply to exchanges due to sizing. The shipping fee is determined by the deducted value of the items that are being returned, not the total value of the original order. This fee will be deducted from the credit card used on your original purchase if a check or money order was not included with the return, we will not be able to send out new items until we receive the full amount to cover shipping. Or simply order the items online to ensure they do not go out of stock. And we will credit your account upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

For defective or shortages

Please call our customer service department at 612-331-3009 to receive a return label or to report shortages. Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase. All sale item purchases are final.

When will my order ship?

After placing your order, you can track the status of your order by logging into your account. You will also receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking status information within 72 hours of shipment.

Shipping policies and guidelines

Goldy’s Locker Room offers multiple FedEx shipping options. Most packages will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days of the order being placed. For expedited shipping please choose FedEx 2nd Day Air or FedEx Next Day by 12:00pm CST. We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska, however additional freight charges will apply. We currently do not ship internationally. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
