Location & Directions
From I-35W (Northbound): Take the University Avenue/4th Street SE exit and turn a right on University Avenue. Williams Arena will be about 10 blocks down University and on the left.
From I-35W (Southbound): Take the University Avenue/4th Street SE exit. Go past 4th Street and turn left on University Avenue. Williams Arena will be about 10 blocks down University and on the left.
From I-94 (Eastbound and Westbound): Take the Huron Boulevard exit. Follow Huron until you reach University Avenue SE. Turn left. Take a slight right at Oak Street SE and continue straight onto 4th Street SE. Williams Arena will be on your left.
From Highway 280 (Northbound): Exit at University Avenue SE. Turn left (west) and follow University Avenue to campus. Take a slight right at Oak Street SE and continue straight onto 4th Street SE. Williams Arena will be on your left.
From Highway 280 (Southbound): Exit at University Avenue SE. Turn right (west) and follow University Avenue to campus. Take a slight right at Oak Street SE and continue straight onto 4th Street SE. Williams Arena will be on your left.
From Mpls/St. Paul International Airport: Take I-494 Westbound and exit onto I-35W Northbound. Follow I-35W (Northbound) directions (above).
Season Parking Information
Season parking passes will be available to purchase during the upgrade process in July. Parking passes are $220 and require a $200 donation per pass. Below is a list of available season parking ramps and lots. Please click on the individual parking area for directions to that specific ramp or lot.

Single Game Parking
Single game parking is available day of game only and can be purchased at each designated parking area. The recommended single game parking areas are Lot 37 and the 4th Street Parking Ramp. View map of parking areas around Williams Arena.

Event will call can be picked up starting 1.5 hours prior to game time at the Oak Street Lobby ticket office in Williams Arena. During non-event hours will call can be picked up Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm at the Mariucci Arena Ticket Office.
All persons picking up will call tickets must have a valid government issued ID or a valid U of M ID. No tickets will be allowed to be picked up without proper ID.
Third-Party Will Call Policy
Tickets may be left at will call by a third party. In order to do this contact information must be left with the will called tickets in the case of any disputes.
If you need assistance during the game, please ask any event staff representative. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or the individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
All patrons must have a reserved ticket for a disabled seating area. For ADA-accessible seating tickets, contact the Gopher Sales & Service at 612-624-8080 (option 1). Guests are strongly encouraged to call in advance of the game to ensure availability. To switch regular seating tickets to disabled seating tickets on game day, please visit the Gopher Ticket Office located in the Oak Street Lobby. Changes on game day will only be make if disabled seating tickets are still available.

Guests using accessible parking are encouraged to park in the University Ave. Ramp on game day.
The arranged drop-off point for any guests with disabilities is located in the curve in front of the University Ave. Ramp.

There is a wide variety of concession stands located throughout Williams Arena. Snack Shack stands, which are operated by Aramark, are located in the concourse area behind Sections 102, 105, 110, 114, and 117. A wide selection of food is available – ranging from hot dogs and nachos to pretzels, and much more.
There is also a Famous Dave’s located behind Section 108, Kemps Ice Cream stand behind Sections 107 and 115, Maui Wowi stand behind Section 117, Subway behind Sections 102 and 119, Palermo's Pizza behind Sections 112 and 120, and a Dino’s stand behind Section 119.
Most of the concession stands in Williams Arena do not accept credit cards. In addition, there is only one ATM machine in the facility. It is located in the southwest corner behind section 108.
Lost & Found
All lost and found items can be brought to the Ticket Office at the Oak Street entrance or any other Event Staff member during the game. After the game, all lost and found items are brought to the Lost and Found Office in Williams Arena. Their phone number is 612-624-8189.

Where can I pick up my tickets at will call?
Public Will Call is located at the Oak St ticket windows. Player Guest Will Call is located at the University Ave ticket windows.
What happens if I don't have my UCard and I have student tickets?
All students must enter at University Avenue Students must show a valid U of M, Twin Cities ID with student ticket to be admitted. If students sold their ticket to someone who is not a student and that individual does not have a UCard, they will not be admitted.
My children are coming to the game. Do they need tickets?
Any child 2 years old and under does not need a ticket.
What should I do if my tickets are lost or stolen?
Tickets that are either lost or stolen will not be refunded. If you purchased your tickets through the Gopher Ticket Office, you can have your tickets reprinted for a non-refundable processing charge of $5.00.
Is alcohol allowed in Williams Arena?
Alcohol is available for purchase in the Barn Lofts and club room.
Where are ATMs located in Williams Arena?
ATMs are located behind sections 108 and 109
Where are the elevators located at in Williams Arena?
The elevator to the Clubroom is located behind section 101 near the southern portion the Oak Street Entrance (the east entrance). The elevator to Barnlofts 1–9 are located behind sections 106 and 107. The elevator to barnlofts 10–18 are located behind sections 115 and 116.
Can I enter any gate at Williams Arena?
Yes. Students, however, can ONLY enter through the University Avenue entrance (south entrance). The Oak Street Entrance (east entrance) has public Will Call and the High School Coaches/Recruit Pass Gate. Player Pass Gate is located is located at the University Avenue Entrance (south entrance). The 4th Street Entrance (north entrance) has no sales; you must already have your ticket in hand.
What is the smoking policy at Williams Arena?
There is no smoking inside any University of Minnesota athletic facilities. If you happen to leave the facility to smoke and then choose to re-enter, you will not be re-admitted and must purchase another ticket.
I don't want to hang onto my coat during the game. Is there a coat check?
Yes. There is a coat check behind section 120. Coat check is $1 per coat.
Where is Lost and Found located in Williams Arena?

Are there items that I'm not allowed to bring into Williams Arena?
Can I pick up a poster at the game?
The promotions table is located on the concourse behind section 106. Items on the table include posters, flyers and schedule cards.
Do you sell programs at Men's Basketball games?
Programs are available for sale on the concourse inside the arena (until halftime) and sales begin 1 hour prior to the start of the game.
