From I-35W (Northbound): Take the University Avenue/4th Street SE exit and turn a right on University Avenue. Follow that until Oak Street SE. Turn left on Oak Street. Oak Street will curve to the left and you will need to take a right to stay on Oak Street. Mariucci Arena will be on your left.
From I-35W (Southbound): Take the University Avenue/4th Street SE exit. Go past 4th Street and turn left on University Avenue. Follow that until Oak Street SE. Turn left on Oak Street. Oak Street will curve to the left and you will need to take a right to stay on Oak Street. Mariucci Arena will be on your left.
From I-94 (Eastbound and Westbound): Take the Huron Boulevard exit. Follow Huron until you reach University Avenue SE. Turn left. Take a slight right at Oak Street SE and then turn right onto Oak Street. Mariucci Arena will be on your left.
From Highway 280 (Northbound): Exit at University Avenue SE. Turn left (west) and follow University Avenue to campus. Take a slight right at Oak Street SE and then turn right onto Oak Street. Mariucci Arena will be on your left.
From Highway 280 (Southbound): Exit at University Avenue SE. Turn right (west) and follow University Avenue to campus. Take a slight right at Oak Street SE and then turn right onto Oak Street. Mariucci Arena will be on your left.
From Mpls/St. Paul International Airport: Take I-494 Westbound and exit onto I-35W Northbound. Follow I-35W (Northbound) directions (above).
Season parking passes are available to season ticket holders during the upgrade process in June. Parking passes are $231 and require a $200 donation per pass. Below is a list of the season parking lots.

Single Game Parking
Single game parking is available day of game only and can be purchased at each designated parking area. The recommended single game parking areas are Lot 37, 4th Street Parking Ramp and the University Avenue Parking Ramp. View parking areas around Mariucci Arena.

Will call is located in the Mariucci Arena ticket office in the east lobby. The ticket office is open Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM. On game days the ticket office will open up 1.5 hours prior to the start of the first game in the series and 2 hours prior to the start of the second game in the series.
All persons picking up will call tickets must have a valid government issued ID or a valid U of M ID. No tickets will be allowed to be picked up without proper ID.
Third-Party Will Call Policy
Tickets may be left at will call by a third party. In order to do this, contact information must be left with the will called tickets in the case of any disputes.
If you need assistance during the game, please ask any event staff representative. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or the individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
All patrons must have a reserved ticket for a disabled seating area. For ADA-accessible seating tickets, contact the Gopher Ticket Office at 612-624-8080. Guests are strongly encouraged to call in advance of the game to ensure availability. To switch regular seating tickets to disabled seating tickets on game day, please visit the Gopher Ticket Office located in the Mariucci Arena Lobby. Changes on game day will only be make if disabled seating tickets are still available.
Locations (All locations are at the top of the section unless otherwise noted): 8, 11, 18, 12 (top and bottom), 13 (bottom - students), 24 (top - overflow only).
Guests using accessible parking are encouraged to park in Lot 37 or 4th Street Ramp on game day.
The arranged drop-off point for any guests with disabilities is located at the northeast corner of Mariucci Arena.
There are a number of concession stands located throughout Mariucci Arena. Snack Shack stands, which are operated by Aramark, are located in the concourse area in Sections 7-8, 18-19, and 13. A wide selection of food is available – ranging from hot dogs and nachos to pretzels, and much more.
There is also a Maui Wowi stand located in Section 1, Domino’s Pizza stand in Section 2, Dino’s in Sections 1 and 15, Subway in Sections 6 and 19, Famous Dave’s in Section 15, The Islands in Section 15, and a Kemps Ice Cream stand in Section 24.
Lost & Found
All lost and found items can be brought to the Ticket Office in the main lobby or any other Event Staff member during the game. After the game, all lost and found items are broght to the Mariucci Arena Operations Office. Their phone number is 612-626-6211.

Where can I pick up my tickets at will call?
The main entrance is located on the east side of the facility, on Oak Street. All Will Call is located there.
Where should I enter in Mariucci Arena?
The main entrance is located on the east side of the facility, on Oak Street. The second entrance, or the student gate entrance, is located on the west side of the facility, next to Ridder Arena. A third entrance is located on the southeast side of the facility, on 4th Street Southeast. This entrance, otherwise known as the Sundet Lobby Entrance, is the entrance to the Building Operations Office.
Where should I enter if I am a student?
Student tickets are general admission in sections 13 and 14. A valid U of M, Twin Cities ID must be presented at the time of entrance. Students enter in the West Lobby.
What happens if I don't have my UCard and I have student tickets?
All students must enter at University Avenue. Students must show a valid U of M, Twin Cities ID with student tickets to be admitted. If a student sells his/her ticket to someone who is not a student and that individual does not have a UCard, they will not be admitted.
My children are coming to the game. Do they need tickets?
All children 2 years and up will need a ticket.
What should I do if my tickets are lost or stolen?
Tickets that are either lost or stolen will not be refunded. If you purchased your tickets through the Gopher Ticket Office, you can have your ticket reprinted for a non-refundable processing charge of $5.00.
Is alcohol allowed in Mariucci Arena?
Alcohol is available for purchase in the suites and club room.
Where are ATMs located in Mariucci Arena?
There is one ATM on the concourse area behind Section 1 of Mariucci Arena.
Where is the access to the Club Rooms in Mariucci Arena?
Access to the club room is at an elevator on the concourse behind section. Suite access is at an elevator on the concourse behind sections 14 and 20.
Where are the elevators located at in Mariucci Arena?
There are three elevators located throughout Mariucci Arena. The first one is the ADA elevator and is located in the east ticket lobby. This elevator will take you from the ticket lobby to the top of Section 2 on the main concourse area and back. A second elevator is located behind Section 20. It leads up to the suite level and television deck and back down to the loading dock area. In order to access this elevator you must either have a suite ticket or the proper credentials. The third elevator is located behind Section 11 and is the club room elevator. It will take you up to the club room and media area, down to the Sundet Lobby, and even further down to the locker room and ice level.
What is the smoking policy at Mariucci Arena?
There is no smoking inside any University of Minnesota athletic facilities. If you happen to leave the facility to smoke and then choose to re-enter, you will not be re-admitted and must purchase another ticket.
